We prepare production with the help of Simufact Forming software
In 2025, we integrated Simufact Forming software into production preparation processes. Using this software, we can detect the risks of defects during forging. It can also be used when designing forging tools or when designing a pre-forge part for die forging. The software will also allow us to quickly determine whether and how we are able to forge forgings of more complex shapes.
We invest in increasing supplier reliability
Since 2024, we have supplemented classic measurements with measurements using a 3D scanner. It reliably detects even the smallest deviations from the tolerance of forgings. Suitable for first forging inspection (FAI) and for measuring multiple forgings.
With the support of the European Union, we are optimizing technology
In 2024, in cooperation with COMTES FHT a.s., we began a comprehensive optimization of the technology of die forging of steel forgings, with an emphasis on reducing the pre-weight for selected types of forgings, unifying the forging method on the pre-forging hammer, and innovative “welding” of cutting dies with modern types of hard metals using 3D printing.
Completion of the general overhaul of the BECHE 20 hammer
In September 2023, we completed the overhaul of the BECHE 20 hammer, where we are now forging drop forgings weighing approximately 20 to 160 kg with better quality and productivity.
Installation of new sand blasting machine OPTIMA
In November 2021, we installed a new sand blasting machine OPTIMA, which complements the workplace with 2 existing blast barrels. The result will be an increase in the productivity and surface quality of forgings above 100 kg.
Overhaul of counter-rotating hammer BECHE 20
In September 2021, we started an overhaul of our largest counter-rotating hammer BECHE 20, thanks to which there will be a significant increase in the productivity of the production of closed die forgings from 20 kg up to 160 kg.
